How to download User Report for Administrators

Permissions Required: Administrator only

This article provides step-by-step instructions for HSE Connect Administrators on how to generate and download the User Report. This report gives an overview of key user-related data, helping administrators monitor compliance, training status, and unresolved issues within their organisation.

Step 1: Log In as Administrator

Use your Administrator credentials to access your HSE Connect account:

  1. Go to HSE Connect
  2. Enter your Administrator username and password
  3. Click Login

Step 2: Select the company and download the User Report

Once logged in:

  1. From the dashboard, select the company from the list of available companies
  2. Click on the Reports dropdown menu
  3. Choose User Report
  4. The system will automatically download an Excel file (.xlsx) containing the report to your device

What’s included in the User Report?

The downloaded User Report provides a snapshot of the following:

User Inducted Status

Shows which users have completed their induction

📅 User Training Due

Lists training items that are currently due or overdue

📁 Expired User Documents

Highlights documents uploaded by users that have passed their validity dates

⚠️ Open Hazards and Incidents

Summary of any unresolved hazards or reported incidents involving users

Visual Charts and Insights

The User Report also includes built-in charts and graphs to help you easily interpret data trends, such as:

  • Training compliance rates
  • Document expiry distribution
  • Status of reported hazards/incidents

These visual tools support faster decision-making and better visibility into your team’s HSE performance.
