HSE Managers Unable to Log In to HSE Connect Mobile App

Issue: HSE Managers are unable to log in to the HSE Connect mobile app on their devices.
Cause: The HSE Manager role includes special functions and permissions that are not supported in the mobile app. For security and functionality reasons, these features are only accessible via a web browser.
Resolution: To access HSE Manager functions, open a supported web browser on your computer or mobile device. Log in through the web version of HSE Connect at https://hseconnect.co.nz/login to perform tasks requiring HSE Manager permissions.
Note: The mobile app can still be used for general tasks by other roles, but HSE Manager-specific features will not be available.
